As a Client Development Director at Adlook, an innovative ad tech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic business relationships with top-tier clients and agencies. With Adlook's cutting-edge advertising solutions, you will cultivate and nurture these connections to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales lifecycle through technical expertise and solution-oriented problem-solving.
  • Maintain and expand the regional client portfolio as a strategic advisor, facilitating problem-solving conversations and delivering exceptional client services.
  • Provide innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and align with our business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Lead key client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Engage in product development by analyzing requirements for creating a product that addresses clients' business objectives.
  • Deliver high-level account support and report progress against goals to management.
  • Communicate effectively with other functional leaders to solve business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and drive efficiency across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in adtech (preferably in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, data provider)
  • Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts
  • Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Experience with complex tech solutions and problem-solving (ideally in a SaaS company)
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team, and industry groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Advanced English is a must

Estimated salary range: $120,000-$180,000 per year based on location and experience.
