High-Level Client Growth Strategist

As a Client Development Director at Adlook, an innovative ad tech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing strategic business relationships with top-tier clients and agencies. With Adlook's cutting-edge advertising solutions, you will cultivate and nurture these connections to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales lifecycle through technical expertise and solution-oriented problem-solving.
- Maintain and expand the regional client portfolio as a strategic advisor, facilitating problem-solving conversations and delivering exceptional client services.
- Provide innovative solutions that meet clients' needs and align with our business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead key client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Engage in product development by analyzing requirements for creating a product that addresses clients' business objectives.
- Deliver high-level account support and report progress against goals to management.
- Communicate effectively with other functional leaders to solve business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and drive efficiency across the organization.
- 6+ years of experience in adtech (preferably in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, data provider)
- Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts
- Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Experience with complex tech solutions and problem-solving (ideally in a SaaS company)
- Analytical skills
- Strong management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team, and industry groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Advanced English is a must

Estimated salary range: $120,000-$180,000 per year based on location and experience.
