We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a key member of our design team, you'll work closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and customers to drive initiatives and turn strategies into elegant and enjoyable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the usage of our Nextiva design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional peers to grow as design partners, fostering a collaborative and feedback-rich environment.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to support a broader product strategy, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Lead the Product Design team, organizing and overseeing the progress of design initiatives to meet objectives and deliverables.
  • Rapidly create high-quality deliverables, including journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, to execute high-fidelity design.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to uphold marketing branding standards and ensure seamless product experiences.
  • Encourage and uphold high standards for product quality and consistency, soliciting feedback from designers to continuously improve.
  • Understand and respond to data-driven insights to inform design decisions and recommendations.
