About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team at UST. As an Order Promising Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise solutions, focusing on order promising and supply chain integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
  • Listen and learn how to effectively interact with customers, gaining knowledge of technology, business domain, and system domain.
  • Develop and implement cross-functional knowledge with Order Management and OTC activities.
  • Work on real-time order promising and back-order processing, ATP, and allocation management.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of enterprise solutions.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of overall experience, with mandatory BY OP functional experience and at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience.
  • Cross-functional knowledge with Order Management and OTC activities.
  • Ability to debug issues in cross-system integration layers, including middleware and database tables and scripts.
  • Knowledge of basic SAP ECC modules OTC and hands-on experience in SAP GATP, BY OP, and ORACLE GOP.
  • Excellent analytical skills to address issues raised by users in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
