**Job Overview**

Teach Away seeks a dedicated and skilled Mathematics teacher to lead 5 classes of Math in an 8 block schedule. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Mathematics to Middle School students and University Graduates who are Licensed Teachers.

The Mathematics teacher will be responsible for assessing learning linked to standards and acting as a mentor to a group of students every day during MAPPS sessions.

School Requirements:

- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach Mathematics to Middle School students and University Graduates who are Licensed Teachers
  2. Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly
  3. Mentor students on a daily basis during MAPPS sessions
