Global Sales Development Director for India Market

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Sales Manager to join our client's team in India, focusing on expanding their business in healthcare, solidifying transportation verticals, and reinforcing solutions across Industrial Automation for the Indian market.
About the Role- Lead high-velocity sales with OEMs, system integrators, and end-use customers for the sales team in India.
- Conduct product-level technical & corporate presentations to key decision-makers at customer sites.
- Understand technical requirements of customers and offer customer-specific solutions through alignment with our client's technical & sales departments.
- University degree with a major in Computers, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 5+ years of working experience in Technical Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (fluent in English), and presentation skills.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. A competitive salary package is offered including allowances and benefits. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will also be an asset.
