Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor Piping to join our Operations team. This is a full-time position that offers good work environment, growth opportunities, and competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical piping systems, ensuring quality, correct routing, welding, testing, and safety.
- Supervise a team of pipefitters, welders, and technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring work completion in accordance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and schedule mechanical piping projects, ensuring materials and resources are available and inventory is maintained.
- Conduct inspections to verify the quality and correctness of piping installations, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations from project plans.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among team members and subcontractors.
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical piping installation, maintenance, and repair, with a proven track record of supervisory roles.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical piping systems, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical piping blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
