Strategic HR Leader for Emerson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team at Emerson. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources department and drive strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR-related matters, including labor laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, hiring, headcount, benefits, and other key performance indicators.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and managers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular meetings and one-on-one interviews to stay connected with new hires and ensure their successful integration into the team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance with internal work regulations and codes of ethics.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, or a related HR field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and procedures, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changing legislation and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Certification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Oracle software and other HR systems.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
