The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on location and qualifications.

Job Description
  • Lead the Operations Department with a high level of efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Be a creative and proactive leader of the management team, focused on continuous improvement.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, including:

  • Recruitment and Retention: Recruit, interview, and hire Functional Managers, coach them in the interviewing/hiring process, and monitor team member turnover.
  • Employee and Team Development: Identify individual and team strengths and development needs, create and validate training curriculum, and coach and mentor Functional Managers.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear measurable goals and objectives, solicit feedback from Workcell members, Business Unit Manager, and Functional Manager, and provide coaching and counseling.

This role also involves:

  • Communication: Ensure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently, provide a communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information, and adapt communication style to individual team members.
  • Business Strategy and Direction: Create and communicate campus strategic directions, define and develop a strategy contributing to corporate strategic directions, and provide regular updates to Functional and Corporate Operations Manager.
  • Cost Management: Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems, utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, and provide feedback to BUMs, WCMs, and Functional Managers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
