Job Overview
At Segula Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities related to the manufacturing and operation of electrical panels, tool assembly, and electrical installation of production lines.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the completion of electrical construction of panels, tools, and project/cell assembly based on the approved budget and schedule, following company guidelines and relevant laws.
* Ensure contractual compliance and qualitative standards of the company in alignment with the project(s)/work assigned, based on general and specific specifications approved by the company and the client, following internal guidelines and relevant laws.
* Manage and update processes under your responsibility for the development of assigned projects, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards according to organizational norms.
* Continuously manage and improve the customer experience with our organization.
* Lead the assigned human team, maintaining team stability and productivity, following internal processes, and applying leadership, management, and development skills.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising electrical projects and/or in similar roles.
* Project Management knowledge, Electrical Installation, electrical construction, programming, and PLC knowledge.
* English B2.
* Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, change management, and strategic thinking skills.
* AutoCAD Electrical Module and EPLAN software proficiency.
