Your primary responsibilities will include developing creative design concepts, managing design solutions, and overseeing the development of graphic presentations and implementation documents.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of sustainable design principles, integrated design guidelines, and building systems. You should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a quality design firm, with accreditation in Architecture or Interior Design. Proficiency in Revit and architectural software such as 3D modeling and AutoCAD is preferred. Strong knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines is essential, as is the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new ones.
