The Process Engineering department is seeking an experienced professional to lead operations with high efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm. As a key member of the management team, you will focus on continuous improvement and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy.

  • Strive for excellence in all endeavors and foster a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Direct Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on their assigned lines, providing guidance on machine performance and process optimization.
  • Interface with Line Supervisors, Machine Support Manager, and Manufacturing Engineers to determine corrective actions needed to optimize machine efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
