SAP SE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Basis Consultant to join our Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24x7 availability of SAP systems running in SAP ECS.
Key Responsibilities- Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve alerts and incidents related to SAP systems
- Act as an escalation point for productive issues at the Last Line of Defense (LLD) level
- Follow change management processes during service request execution
- Identify opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation
- Collaborate with a global 24x7 international team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management
- Strong knowledge of SAP Technologies, with SAP NetWeaver certification highly beneficial
- Experience in at least one non-NetWeaver technology, such as BOBJ, SAP Mobile, Convergent Charging, OpenText, HANA XSA, etc.
- Excellent technical documentation skills
