  • Perform time-sensitive, front-line customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments
  • Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
  • Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
  • Build and schedule loads in our systems
  • Provide top-tier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner
  • Support fast-paced, centralized operational account operations
  • Process improvement

Requirements:

  • 12 months work experience with customer interaction and communication
  • Excellent English language skills - verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree complete

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Environment:
