We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. as a Bartender. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar: Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Anticipate and Meet Guest Needs: Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
- Ensure a Safe and Secure Environment: Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- License or Certification: None
