Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the execution of marketing plans, including campaign analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with key account managers, agencies, and brand managers to create customer-focused plans.
- Utilize UX experience and digital merchandising knowledge for brand store creation and customer journey optimization.
What We're Looking For:
• 3 years' experience in Brand Marketing in the following industries: Toy/FMCG/Entertainment/Retail/E-commerce
• Omnichannel development strategies and execution experience
• Expertise in marketing program development for retailers
• Trade marketing strategy implementation and execution at e-commerce
• Experience briefing design agencies and/or 3rd parties
• Understanding of the retail environment
• Channel management, category management, and pricing
• Ability to create shopper-oriented strategies
