Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced systems biologist to join our growing cellular simulation team, focusing on pathway and network model development, validation, and application for novel therapeutic predictions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A PhD in biological sciences, biological engineering, systems biology, computer science, or physical sciences with experience in dynamical model development and biochemical pathway simulations.
• Expertise in parameter optimization tools such as parPE and working with SBML.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Julia, Python, Java, or C/C++) and knowledge of cellular biochemistry and molecular biology.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience with cloud computing services (AWS) and methods for high-performance and/or distributed simulation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and collaboration with experimentalists to train and validate models.
• Knowledge of oncology or immunology, particularly in the application of modeling.

Benefits and Remuneration

This position offers a competitive salary ($140,000 - $160,000), benefits, and equity. The role is remote, but you'll work on a continental US schedule with occasional travel to San Francisco and other locations in the US.
