Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at L'Angelus | French Restaurant, since 1998. As a key member of our BOH team, you will be responsible for assisting with mise en place preparation and production, ensuring that our high standards of quality and presentation are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and production, adhering to recipes and daily volume requirements
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
Requirements:
1 year of experience in European/Mediterranean/Spanish/French cuisine
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our team
Valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate
Ability to follow recipes and commit to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent team player with a positive and outgoing attitude
