We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at North American Production Sharing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse team, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of shipments, receipts, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cyclic counters to maintain accuracy of inventories
  • Implement processes within the warehouse, shipping, and receiving to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage inventory and requisition of production and warehouse materials through Max-Min
  • Coordinate material supply to production lines
  • Design, flow, and stage materials in the warehouse
  • Maintain communication with the Procurement team, suppliers, and production for smooth process
  • Ensure equipment used in the warehouse is in good condition
  • Review and declare monthly scrap percentages with NAPS
  • Present and maintain KPIs of the operation
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and finished product
  • Schedule trainings for warehouse team on ERP handling and forklifts
  • Coordinate and plan year-end inventories

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in materials management
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Experience with MRP-ERP systems (AX system desirable)
  • Ability to develop skills in staff

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $1.00 - $2.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (desirable) and be willing to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
