**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall process efficiency.
- Develop and implement 5S principles to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
