Quality Engineer Job Overview

At BCS Automotive Interface Solutions, we combine over 70 years of automotive supplier experience with the challenges of innovation. Our company develops and produces technologically sophisticated components for vehicle interiors.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who wants to be part of our journey as a Quality Engineer in our Reynosa site.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality issues using PDCA, 8D or similar methodologies.
  • Manage customer claims and requirements effectively.
  • Attend and respond to internal and external audits.
  • Validate processes and products.
  • Manage core tools and quality process documentation.
What We Need:

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer management, and effective communication. The ideal candidate should have leadership execution and promotion skills within and outside the team.

  • Project management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Office.
  • High initiative, proactivity, and sense of urgency.
  • Tebuilding and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing environments for electronic products and similar positions.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $1,000 - $2,000 per month.

We offer medical expenses insurance, life insurance, and meal vouchers.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

The workplace is located in Reynosa and requires an on-site presence.
