Job PurposeIf you want to be part of Unilever's history and contribute to the creation of a state-of-the-art and future-fit factory, a model for other sites to reference both internally and externally, then this role is for you.
Main Responsibilities- Lead efforts to verify and document compliance to regulatory requirements applicable to quality and consumer safety, and to ethnic and religious requirements.
- Implement the UL Quality Management System (QMS) in Veeva Quality One at the site to assure consumer safety and overall quality of final product being manufactured.
- Review and manage the factory SOPs/Document Management through Veeva Quality One to ensure that UL and other applicable standards are accurately represented.
- Lead the factory Management of Change program.
- Manage SAP QM Systems and Unilever specifications including PLM and support verification of use for quality purposes.
- Implement and maintain systems where key quality data and information are recorded and preserved and assure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Drive quality focus improvement activities through the use of advanced tools such as SPC and digital capabilities.
- Lead efforts to complete and maintain external audits and certifications.
- Lead finished goods holds and releases.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of Manufacturing experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of related Quality experience.
- FDA experience.
