Electromechanic Technician II

As an Electromechanic Technician II at Kimberly-Clark, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on electromechanical equipment in production and general use, as well as providing support to various improvement projects in the area.

• Inspect and maintain electromechanical equipment daily to identify and repair any defects.
• Respond to calls from various departments to repair equipment failures, following established methods and safety protocols.
• Attend daily production start-up meetings and department meetings as required.
• Provide technical support to engineering, quality, and EHS departments in implementing and developing production process improvements, as well as installing new equipment and machinery.
• Support technical validation runs for engineering and quality departments.
• Support the replacement and calibration of various components.
• Act in accordance with company policies and procedures in safety, quality, and production.
• Verify and execute weekly maintenance schedules and confirm daily.
• Communicate with colleagues from other shifts about daily work situations.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO-13485, FDA/GMP) in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Kimberly-Clark's One K.C. Behaviors.
• Regular and ongoing feedback with immediate supervisor.
• Comply with and follow up on the Safety Leader Standard Work program in a timely manner.
