About the Role:

This position will provide advanced technical support services to TD SYNNEX customers. The successful candidate will assume multiple roles during their dynamic work schedule to provide 24/7 coverage together with TD SYNNEX's Support Team. Responsibilities will include incident handling and response, report delivery, proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and onsite visits. The support will be provided to a wide variety of IT infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.
  • Active collaboration in the attention of remote management requests from customers.
  • Support in the generation of periodic or punctual reports to customers.
  • Adoption of a pre-sales position and generation of business opportunities in the form of new services or products.
  • Attendance of specific training on products monitored, supported, and/or managed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working as an L1 Support Engineer.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Network architecture and operating systems skills.
  • Firewalls, routers, and switching skills.
  • Knowledge of AWS.
  • Network monitoring skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Active communication skills.
