We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead our clinical trials team in-country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of clinical trials, including site selection, monitoring, and data management. Key Responsibilities
This role involves a range of challenging and rewarding responsibilities, including:
- Leading Local Study Teams to achieve study milestones and deliver high-quality results.
- Coordinating site selection, initiation, and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Managing trial documentation, including regulatory submissions and study reports.
- Oversighting data management and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in clinical research, excellent leadership and project management skills, and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life sciences, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical research are essential. Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations is also required.
