Position Overview

Salesforce Senior Developer Architects with experience in delivering enterprise-level projects using agile software development methodologies are required to join our team at Capgemini.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual with 7+ years of experience in configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform, including expertise in Einstein Tooling such as Agent Studio, Prompt Builder, OOTB AI GenAI & Predictive Features, and Experience Cloud.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Einstein in Salesforce Service Cloud, experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be a detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Senior Developer Architect, you will work alongside technical, functional, and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation, and integration of innovative system solutions for our clients.

  • You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-based solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice and guidance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Chat implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Einstein in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detailed understanding of business processes and system designs.
