Job Summary

Flex is seeking a highly skilled Operaciones Trainer to join our team in Guadalajara Norte. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure the success of our SMT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training materials for SMT operators
  • Train and certify SMT operators to meet Flex's quality standards
  • Develop and implement new training programs to improve operator performance
  • Conduct audits to ensure training effectiveness
  • Monitor and record training data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electronics or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience in production line operations
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
