Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst Senior to join our team at Copeland. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring fully tax compliance for assigned entities, attending tax and finance audits, and coordinating compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure tax compliance for US GAAP and MX GAAP purposes
  • Prepare Federal and local tax returns submissions on time
  • Prepare Annual Transfer pricing analysis
  • Coordinate Annual IMSS and local tax audit opinions with HR and Finance teams
  • Attend Tax, Social Security, and local reviews
  • Report Tax Matters to corporate according to Emerson's Policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper tax accounting and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with REPSE/Condusef/CNBV obligations (according to Entities assigned)
  • Prepare VAT refund requests for assigned entities
About You

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who can take on new challenges without unnecessary planning. You should be able to see opportunities that benefit the customer and build collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements
  • Experience as Tax Analyst Senior in international entities, with USGAAP and MEXGAAP Tax calculation/provision, Tax and Finance audit participation, experience in transfer pricing support, VAT returns, and requirements attendance
