Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate and implement capital investment projects to improve facility and equipment performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Proficient English language skills.
- 3+ years of experience as a maintenance manager in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of multi-level personnel administration, tool crib administration systems, maintenance (Equipment, Building and Renovation), preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, national, state and municipal regulations, certification and audit program, IATF.
- Availability to travel.
