Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with USA GAAP and company accounting policies.
  • Oversee the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance.
  • Manage multiple companies and perform intercompany transfers.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls.
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency in the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including manufacturing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP system.
  • Experience with USA GAAP and intercompany transfers.
  • Ability to manage multiple companies and complex financial structures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • Epicor: 3 years (required)
  • US Accounting: 3 years (required)

Relocation:

  • Tijuana, B.C.: Relocation required before starting work.

Work Location:

  • In person.

Compensation:

  • $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per month.
