As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
**Job Summary:**
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IAM solutions with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and design effective solutions.
- Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management processes.
- Monitor IAM systems and troubleshoot access-related issues.
**Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, as well as familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies. We also require hands-on experience with at least one of the following IAM products: Sailpoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Savyint, Delinea/Thycotic, BeyondTrust.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
**Benefits:**
- A competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
- The opportunity to work remotely from Mexico City.
