- Design, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Lead the implementation of new process equipment and oversee the introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.
- Develop and implement process control methodologies to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide solutions to improve manufacturing techniques and throughput.
- Participate in activities related to cycle time and process improvements.
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Implement statistical process research on new and existing products to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced experience as a Process Engineer in the metal-mechanics industry.
- Strong knowledge in assembly process and core tools.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) and project management knowledge.
- Experience with CFT, MS Office (Excel, PP), and customer service is a plus.
