**Job Purpose**
We are seeking an experienced Automation & Controls Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the design and execution of engineering projects, ensuring the company's quality and safety standards are met.
**Key Responsibilities**
As Automation & Controls Supervisor, you will:
- Coordinate and participate in the design and execution of engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality policies and procedures
- Manage and analyze opportunities for improvement
- Lead savings projects from design to execution
- Coordinate with other functional areas to conceptualize and design projects
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in one of the engineering programs
- 3-5 years of experience in executing engineering projects
- Knowledge of project management and EEM (Early Equipment Management)
- Experience with engineering packages and industry standards
