Diaz Group is seeking an experienced Recruiting Assistant to join our Human Resources team.
This role will support the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the hiring team with recruitment efforts
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and career days
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles a plus
The estimated salary for this position is $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month.

Work EnvironmentThis is a part-time exempt position that requires working Monday through Friday.
