About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud CX Software Engineer to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions for our clients using Genesys Cloud CX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interaction flows with Genesys Cloud Architect
  • Generate and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
  • Participate actively as a Scrum Team Member, contributing to the development and implementation of software solutions
  • Familiarize yourself with processes and adaptability, ensuring seamless integration with our team
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and service-oriented solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX configuration and management, including knowledge of Contact Center functionality and concepts
  • 1+ year of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect (Drag & Drop tool), building IVR flows
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Data Actions and how to use them within flows
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud API and JSON Schemas
  • Experience collecting and analyzing logs for troubleshooting and functional validation
  • Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies
  • Experience conducting functional tests and User Acceptance Tests (UATs)
  • Proactive identification of issues and effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration attitude
