We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ehs Team Leader to join our team at Siemens Mobility. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, visitors, and contractors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Investigate incidents and ensure that all necessary procedures are in place to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with federal and local regulations, as well as company and client requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety topics and ensure that all employees are properly trained in their roles and functions.
- Support stakeholders in meeting safety, legal, and corporate requirements through training, guidance, and coaching.
- Promote a safety culture within the organization and ensure that all internal and external workers have a safe working environment.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, such as chemistry, math, biology, physics, environmental science, or health.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in risk management, incident investigation, and safety protocols.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, and 45001 standards, as well as legal and corporate requirements such as STPS/SEMARNAT NOMs and ZCH program.
