About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a Senior Financial Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing comprehensive financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to strategically support business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
- Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
- Develop P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis and projections.
- Develop analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and/or sales margins.
- Provide interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Audit financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, laws, and standards.
- Conduct small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar or related position.
- Experience working with financial models and analysis software.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations.
- Advanced Excel level.
- Advanced level of conversational English.
- SAP and HFM experience.
