- Lean Manufacturing and Quality Assurance: Implement manufacturing-industry best known methods in support of Continuous Improvement Projects to increase efficiency and effectivity of Production, analyzing work content for distribution to workcenters and capacity requirements.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Complete documentation of the manufacturing process, including knowledge of products and company systems, and support to new products introduction and/or prototypes.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, test, and reliability engineering, to create successful product launches and solve problems, and communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Experience: Greater than 5 years of relevant design/development team and/or manufacturing support experience.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving attributes, skilled at communicating with and influencing design teams, vendors, and customers, and proficiency in English (80%).
