- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to quickly identify and validate changes, providing necessary updates and assessing their impact on our business.
- Work closely with account managers and other partners to ensure ongoing activities align with demand expectations from a forecast and sales plan perspective.
- Participate in forecast accuracy evaluations and help determine best next steps to improve forecasts, sharing takeaways across the team.
- Provide information to management as needed regarding past periods, future forecasts, and associated key drivers.
- Highlight and drive opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation.
- Ability to effectively communicate and understand customer forecasts.
- Demonstrate superb written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to build consensus on actions and process improvements.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce).
