The Role
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce SME to drive the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and other Salesforce suite applications. As the subject matter expert, you'll identify opportunities for automation and develop solutions to streamline day-to-day work. Your primary customers will be the front-line support team, customers, and network operations teams. To succeed, you'll need to be proficient in relevant technologies, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to project manage dependencies across technical departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the global Salesforce subject matter expert for Megaport
• Develop, document, and maintain the Salesforce design
• Maintain certifications and knowledge of Salesforce, web development, and languages, including APEX, SOQL, Java, and JavaScript
• Analyze business requirements with key operations stakeholders and prepare effective solutions
• Work with internal technology teams to architect solutions for business requirements
• Present solutions to business unit managers and executives for sign-off
• Own the deployment of agreed solutions, including design, project management, implementation, QA, and release
