Our team is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive and execute the annual sourcing strategic plan for Business OPEX and CAPEX needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop the sourcing strategy to select the best national and international suppliers that offer the best prices, contributing to the company's results.
- Analyze the assigned spend categories, mainly in Digital IT, Digital Marketing, and Digital Professional Services, establishing the execution of best practices to meet the Company's technical and cost requirements.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, document the steps involved, and conduct negotiations to facilitate the closing meeting expected results.
- Search for supply options and monitor the timely onboarding of new suppliers.
- Review supplier risk and follow processes in accordance with policies and procedures (control points) of assigned purchases.
- Seek important savings for the company, mainly reflected as a decrease in EBITDA.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business.
- 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement of Digital IT, Digital Marketing, and Digital Professional Services categories.
- Advanced Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience working with an ERP (Oracle, SAP).
- Advanced conversational business English.
- Knowledge of the 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process.
- Proven experience in negotiations projects with a spend greater than 5 million MXP.
- Proven negotiation experience generating savings greater than 5% over managed spend.
