Job Description

As a key member of the Edag Mexico team, you will be responsible for the pre-acceptance of Tool & Equipment at the plant. This involves supporting and following production trials performed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, with at least 6 years of experience in IMG/IMGL thermocovering, hot melt gluing with slot nozzle equipment and process, covering tools and process, edge folding presses tools and process, covering with IR heating presses, and other related areas in the Automotive Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-acceptance of Tool & Equipment at the plant
  • Support and follow production trials performed
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in IMG/IMGL thermocovering, hot melt gluing with slot nozzle equipment and process, covering tools and process, edge folding presses tools and process, covering with IR heating presses, and other related areas in the Automotive Industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
