About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to join our team at TTEC. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our business by supporting the team with project management using Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, and other key processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects for North America, EMEA, and APAC, coordinating and tracking project progress in Asana and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
  • Partner with marketing portfolio leads, sales partners, and other teams to project manage the development of creative materials and assets for campaigns, case studies, content creation, deal support, sales enablement, site visits, social media, video, web, and more.
  • Oversee marketing project management success from start to finish, ensuring the team has the resources and information needed to be successful and stay up to date with Asana, agile project management methods, and scrum best practices.
  • Lead the team through daily standups, sprint planning, sprint priority updates, retrospectives, and review, analyzing project data in Asana to understand and improve capacity and resource constraints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in project management, with 1+ year of experience working specifically on agile project management using scrum framework.
  • General marketing knowledge on marketing campaigns, content and video creation, website development, social media, and sales support.
  • Experience using project management software, such as Asana.
  • Accuracy-driven and passionate about keeping work organized, with the ability to translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand details.
