As an IT Support Technician at Charger Logistics, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and network issues reported to the Help Desk. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Documenting, troubleshooting, and resolving incoming help desk requests.
  • Supporting company computers, applications, printers, phones, and other related technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or university degree in computer science and a minimum of 2-3 years of equivalent working experience as a Support Analyst.
  • 2-3 years of recent IT support experience in a networked computer environment.
  • Familiarity with various computer hardware, network printers, Windows operating systems, and O365.
  • Experience with networking tools and topologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Strong time management skills, able to multitask and set priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously with people at all levels within the organization and be customer-focused.
  • Fine attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Solid problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to remote sites as required.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and after hours; 6-day work schedule.
