In locations where physical bankers are not available, the CPC Relationship Banker serves as an advisor on investments, credit, and forecasts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Present the bank's differentiated offer in products to segment customers, matching them according to their needs.
2. Support branch managers in customer service for the segment, as well as assist the Manager in Priority model-related queries (products, processes, etc.).
3. Serve as a central support area, advising Bankers on the use of the bank's tools.
4. Occasionally operate investment contracts for the segment, particularly when the responsible Banker is absent due to vacations, incapacities, or business appointments.
**Requirements:**
0-2 years of relevant experience
General knowledge in operational processes, control, and service in branches
Customer service experience preferred
Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred
