**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Management Project Lead to join our team at Kohler. As a key member of our Materials Management COE, you will be responsible for providing supply chain best practices and improvements to our Kitchen and Bath group globally.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide supply chain best practices and improvements to the Kitchen and Bath group globally.
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to understand needs and lead projects to ensure best-in-class processes.
  • Collaborate with broad team members to drive improved analytics, reporting, and process.
  • Identify areas of the supply chain that require attention, estimate potential impact, and recommend a path forward.
  • Monitor systems adherence, methods, and procedures.
  • Drive Lean Production Plan through the organization.
  • Lead Kaizen events.
  • Define metrics to ensure plant success.
  • Mentor planning teams across the organization.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience interacting with operations of various countries/cultures.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with SAP or similar ERP system required.
  • Picks up knowledge quickly, demonstrates strong leadership, and is highly reliable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to conduct end-user training.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, energy, drive, enthusiasm, and determination.
