Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating maintenance work crews to ensure efficient execution of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance tasks.
- Communicating effectively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Managing personnel and resources to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least five years of recent experience in maintenance and repair.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of electricity, AC motors, and control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
Desirable Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience with refrigeration systems.
- Proficiency in Autocad and other design software.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
