We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Director to lead our project management team at Citi. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of specified projects, ensuring consistency with Citi's project management governance.

The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in project management, primarily in financial services, with a proven track record of supervising project managers/business analysts/project officers. They will also have experience interacting at Board/Executive management level of businesses and a broad understanding of business practices.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in highly pressured and volatile environments, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions. A Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages people managers, including responsibility for the alignment of Organizational objectives and individual development plans.
  • Project manages relatively small projects while overseeing the total project list and key critical projects.
  • Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.
  • Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
