Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Mollica It. This role will focus on managing data migration and transformation tasks, customizing the user interface within Seismic, and automating business processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data migration and transformation tasks to ensure accurate and efficient data handling within Seismic;
  • Customize the user interface within Seismic to improve user experience;
  • Automate business processes and workflows within Seismic;
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs within Seismic;
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Seismic solutions;

Requirements:

  • Experience in various content management platforms, with a strong focus on Seismic platform;
  • Knowledge of data integration, API development, and data transformation;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Advanced English language skills for conversation;
  • Advanced Spanish language skills for conversation;

Benefits:

  • Fixed contract directly with the company;
  • Indeterminate contract term;
  • Hibrid work arrangement, with 2 days in-office and 3 remote days per week;
  • Multiple work locations available, including Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Saltillo;

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
