Customs Operations Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Operations Specialist to join our team at Vertiv Group Corp. As a key member of our Customs Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, guidelines, policies, and procedures related to customs operations.

**Responsibilities**

* Process customs documentation in accordance with established procedures
* Manage temporary imports and exports, including customs clearance and documentation
* Coordinate definitive imports and exports, including customs clearance and documentation
* Oversee special operations, such as virtuals, change of regime, and regularization
* Ensure compliance with US Customs documentation requirements
* Conduct audits and validation of customs documents
* Develop and maintain procedures for customs operations

**Qualifications**

* In-depth knowledge of Annex 31 and Annex 24 regulations
* Experience with ERP systems and interfaces
* Strong understanding of customs law and regulations
* Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Customs, with a focus on Annex 24 systems
* 3-5 years of experience in IT or customs environment
