The Optical Communications segment has recently evolved into a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network.

Job Description

You will perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames, participate in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency, and train new personnel to standard operating procedures. You will also maintain and ensure confidentiality of information/materials, take initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems, and provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames
  • Participate in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency
  • Train new personnel to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain and ensure confidentiality of information/materials
  • Take initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Beginning job content knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
  • 1-3 years work experience
